APPARATUS (EQUIPMENT) SESSION
The Ultimate in personal Pilates training. Enjoy a private lesson, utilizing all of the Pilates equipment:
the Universal Reformer, Trapeze Table and Wunda Chair. Excellent for the beginning to super-advanced student;
the focus is on what goals you want to achieve. Ideal for those who desire personal training and have specific needs,
such as weight loss and control, pre-and post pregnancy fitness, neck and back pain relief, and injury rehabilitation.
DUO APPARATUS (EQUIPMENT) SESSION
The benefits of a private apparatus session yet shared with a partner. Individualized attention and an intimate atmosphere
will help you achieve your fitness goals and perfect your Pilates practice.
GROUP APPARATUS CLASS
This progressive class is for the INTERMEDIATE Pilates client, who has completed a minimum of 4-6 private or semi-private sessions
and/or has received the permission of the
instructor to attend. This low impact workout consists of basic Pilates movements and principles, such as "core" control,
correct breathing, and proper body alignment with smooth, continuous movements for all muscle groups. The group apparatus class will
move you in unison and is led by an instructor. The pace is quick and students are responsible for changing springs and making
machine adjustments during the workout. Class size is limited to five & reservations are required. No shows will be charged
if session is not cancelled within 24-hours.
AFTERBURN GROUP CLASS
Exclusive to the studio and conceived by instructor Nadia Ahern, this class has a Boot Camp style format, involving cardio,
strength and flexibility training. Pilates exercises are performed on the Jumpboards, BOSUs, and Yoga and Dance elements are included.
It is a fast-paced work-out designed to hit every major muscle group in the body for maximum caloric burn even AFTER the work-out!
Class size is limited to six and reservations are required. No shows will be charged if session is not cancelled within 24-hours.
PRE-NATAL PILATES GROUP CLASS
Work-out with mamas-to-be to get motivated and share the joys of impending motherhood! Safe and effective, pre-natal Pilates can
help you stay connected to your changing body, improve posture and reduce pregnancy aches and pains. Doctor and instructor approval
is required before attending this class. Class size is limited to five and reservations are required. No shows will be charged if
session is not cancelled within 24-hours.
MEN’S GROUP APPARATUS CLASS
A progressive class, similar to the group apparatus class, but designed specifically for men. Exercises will be taught that will help with flexibility and core strengthening as well as compliment cardiovascular and strength training endeavors. The program will help men prevent common injuries as well as recover more quickly from them. Class size is limited to five and reservations are required. No shows will be charged if session is not cancelled within 24-hours.
RESTORATIVE GROUP APPARATUS CLASS
Restorative Pilates is a gentler (though by no means "easy"), slower-paced
practice designed for those who need to ease into an exercise routine, people
recovering from injuries and seniors. An emphasis on posture, breathing,
stabilizing and stretching, allows for a non-stressful workout. You will leave
feeling invigorated, released and balanced after working on the reformer and
mat. Class size is limited to five & reservations are required. No shows will
be charged if session is not cancelled within 24-hours.
MATWORK CLASS
All levels are welcome to experience a challenging floor workout where your core is engaged, and your strength and flexibility
will be enhanced. A variety of props, such as free weights, foam rollers, Therabands, Magic Circles and fitness balls will be
introduced to vary the traditional matwork sequence of exercises. Class size is limited and reservations are required.

PILOXING® Blending the power, speed and agility of boxing with the sculpting and flexibility of Pilates along with fun and sexy dance moves, this class promises to maximize your cardio output, burn fat and build muscle tone. An active, fun and effective way to attain a “sleek, sexy and powerful” self, both physically and mentally.
CARDIO DANCE FUSION A fast-paced, cardio dance class that will build your strength, flexibility and coordination through a jazz-based warm-up, across-the-floor technique practice and a different dance routine each week. Experience an intense cardio workout while exploring the vast array of dance styles including jazz, hip-hop, Latin, and ballet. Pilates instructor, dance and choreography professional Emili Lauren will teach the class.
YOGA BASICS Yoga Basics will introduce you to a practice that can bring strength, balance
and flexibility to your life. This class utilizes basic postures, breath work, and
alignment principles to discover the benefits of yoga at your own pace. It is
a blend of Hatha yoga where focus is on postural work (asanas) for greater
flexibility, improved circulation, reduced pain in muscles and joints, but can also
be a way of life that relaxes and liberates mind, body, breath, and spirit. Yoga
Basics is geared for all levels including beginners.
ZUMBA Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the ZumbaFitness® program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party, that's moving millions of people toward joy and health. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring!
Class size is limited and reservations are required for all fitness dance classes. No shows will be charged if session is not cancelled within 24-hours. Package purchase allows you to join any Matwork, Yoga Basics, PILOXING®, Cardio Dance Fusion, or ZUMBA class.
DESCRIPTION OF CLASS TYPES
Advanced Classes- A challenging session whereby the student must take a minimum of 4 years of private and/or group Pilates training, or have instructor approval to attend.
Bottoms Up! Pilates on the BOSU- A 7-week series of classes whereby exercises are performed on a half-ball to challenge core control, balance and cardio. Pre-enrollment and special pricing applies. Please inquire about future series' dates.
Magic Circle Workshop- A 3-hour workshop that is part lecture, part work-out using the very portable Pilates ring or magic circle. This workshop is suitable for all fitness and experience levels. Please call to inquire about the next date of the workshop.
Appointments are required for all Private, Duo Apparatus Sessions, Group Apparatus Classes, Matwork
Classes, Yoga Basics Classes and all Fitness-Oriented Dance Classes. No shows will be charged if a
